Service Policy

Master Solvers – Service Policy

1. Advance Payment & Project Initiation

Before commencing any project, the client must pay a 50% advance of the total project cost. This advance secures our time and resources for the project. Work will not begin until the payment is received.

2. Final Payment & Project Delivery

The project will be delivered only after the full and final payment is made. In the case of payment via check, the project will be delivered only after the check has been cleared by the bank. Until full payment is made, the client cannot use any part of the project, including website code, graphics, or digital content.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyrights

Master Solvers retains full copyright ownership of all artwork, graphic designs, and other creative materials developed for the client. These rights will be transferred only upon receiving the final payment in writing. Until then, the client is not permitted to use any designs, artwork, or graphics on their website, print media, or marketing materials. Unauthorized use will lead to strict legal action as per applicable Indian copyright laws.

4. Source Code Usage & Trial Period

For website, mobile app, or web application projects, the client can use the source code for a trial period of 15 days. After the 15-day trial period, the client must make the full payment to continue using the source code. If the client fails to pay, a pop-up message stating “Trial Expired” will be displayed on their website or mobile app. To remove this pop-up, the client must complete the payment. Unauthorized use or replication of the source code beyond the trial period without payment will result in legal action under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. Communication & Project Timeline

Clients must communicate regularly and provide timely feedback. If the client does not respond for 10 consecutive days, Master Solvers reserves the right to terminate the project, and the client will be liable to pay on a pro-rata basis for the work completed.

6. Project Requirements & Documentation

The client must provide a clear and written document outlining the project requirements before work begins. Any missing details or additional requests provided later may impact the timeline and incur additional costs.

7. Revisions & Additional Changes

After finalizing the design, the client is entitled to three free revisions. Any additional revisions beyond this limit will require the client to submit a document listing all requested changes, which will incur extra charges.

8. Functionality Changes & Additional Modifications

If the client requests new functionalities or modifications to the existing functionality after the project has been finalized, additional charges will apply based on the complexity and time required.

9. Content & Graphic Design Responsibilities

The client must provide all content, images, and graphics required for the project in a timely manner. If the client requires us to provide content writing, stock images, or custom graphic design, these services will be charged separately.

10. Post-Delivery Support & Maintenance

Once the project is delivered, any modifications, troubleshooting, or technical support will be charged additionally. Clients may opt for an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or a pay-as-you-go model for ongoing support and updates.

11. Additional Tasks & Cost Estimations

For any additional tasks, the client must request a price estimate in advance. Master Solvers is not responsible for any misunderstandings regarding extra charges for new features or modifications unless confirmed beforehand.

12. Late Payment Fees

Failure to pay invoices on time will incur a late fee. These late fees cannot be reversed under any circumstances. Clients are advised to clear invoices promptly to avoid penalties.

13. Restrictions on Unauthorized Use

Until full payment is received, clients are strictly prohibited from using, hosting, or deploying any of the developed website, source code, mobile app, artwork, or graphics on their servers, websites, or applications beyond the trial period. If a client violates this condition, Master Solvers will take legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

14. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction

This service policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Mohali, Punjab in India. Clients agree to comply with Indian laws regarding intellectual property, digital content usage, and payment obligations.

15. Exceptions & Discretionary Decisions

Master Solvers may make exceptions to these policies at its sole discretion. Any exceptions will be granted in writing and will not serve as a precedent for future cases.
